Responsibilities
1- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
2- Develop positive relationships with clients
3- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
4- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
5- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
6- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
7- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
8- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
9- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
1- 2+ Years work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
2- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
3- Knowledge of CRM software.
4- Understanding of sales performance metrics
5- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
7- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
8- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
